Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to hygiene and product nature, we follow a strict no-returns and no-exchange policy unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery we do refund & return.

100% refund & return will be done if the product is damaged or broken.

 

T&C Applied

Customers must report any damage/defect within 24 hours of delivery, along with proof (images/videos).

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after inspection and confirmation of the claim.

We will only make 100% refund only after it reaches our warehouse.

•Delivery within maximum upto 7 days PAN India, but we deliver 90% shipment orders earlier than that.
•Easy returns within 7 days of delivery. (T&C applied)
•Returns & refunds considered for broken,damaged products only or for product sent which don't match with the product ordered by the customer.
