1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India through our trusted courier partners.

International shipping will be introduced soon—stay tuned.

2. Processing Time

Orders are packed & shipped within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

3. Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days (Max.)

Other Locations: 5–7 business days (Max.)

Remote/Outstation Areas: 7–8 business days (Max.)

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders or COD orders above Rs 499.

A nominal shipping fee of Rs 30 may apply to orders below the minimum threshold.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional handling fee of Rs 100 (if applicable).

5. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS or whatsapp.

You can track your order directly on our courier partner’s website or through our “Track My Order” page.

6. Packaging & Safety

All jewelry pieces are packed in tamper-proof, protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.

In case of a damaged or tampered package, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately.

7. Delayed or Failed Delivery

If delivery is delayed due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
